With 20 years of experience in the hospitality and retail space, Ben Johnson brings an innovative and direct approach to your sales efforts.

As an industry expert in business travel, GDS, and travel industry sales, I’ve spent my career analyzing travel trends, STR data, and driving topline revenues in the interest of increasing RevPAR index for owners and investors.  

My expertise includes most hotel sales market segments, including all negotiated transient and group. My analytical approach to hospitality sales is grounded from experience in pre-opening and repositioning, independent and lifestyle branding, GDS and Agency representation, and most notably the ability to achieve RevPAR success through an appropriate mix of sales.

One of my best assets is the well-rounded nature of my career development. From CVBs to citywide convention wholesalers, and well-established brands such as Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, and Hyatt to lifestyle cultures such as W Hotels, Renaissance, and independent properties. The key to my sales success is most attributed to my ability to balance the client relationship with the revenue management needs of the property.   

On a personal note, I'm also a global citizen who loves travel and cultures. I’m a husband to a wonderfully supportive partner and a father to our fur-baby, Dexter (a hard-headed Beagle).
